Dr. Mainak Chakraborty is a distinguished surgical oncologist with extensive training and experience in complex oncological procedures. He completed his M.Ch. in Surgical Oncology from the Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, and holds a DNB in General Surgery and an MS from R.G. Kar Medical College. Dr. Chakraborty has performed over 250 complex oncological surgeries independently and managed chemotherapy and cancer-related emergencies. He has held positions at prestigious hospitals including Apollo Gleneagles, Medica Superspeciality, and TATA Memorial Cancer Hospital. Currently, he is a Consultant Surgical Oncologist at Saroj Gupta Cancer Centre and Research Institute. Dr. Chakraborty is a lifetime member of the Association of Surgeons of India and the Royal College of Surgeons, England. His surgical expertise spans head and neck, thoracic, breast, gastrointestinal, hepato-pancreatico-biliary, gynaecological, pediatric, and uro-oncology.
